Introducing the Tenon Growth Podcast: Understanding How Organisations Grow in the Age of AI

Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of speaking with founders, CEOs, academics, technology providers and business leaders across the UK about one fundamental question:

How do organisations actually grow in the age of AI?

The conversations have been fascinating.

While the headlines continue to focus on the latest AI models and tools, the discussions taking place inside businesses are remarkably different. Leaders aren’t asking which chatbot to buy or which model is the most powerful. They’re asking far more practical questions:

  • Where should we actually begin?

  • Which processes should we improve first?

  • How do we know if AI will create real business value?

  • How do we bring our people with us?

  • How do we avoid costly mistakes?

  • How do we improve the way our organisation works, rather than simply adding another piece of technology?

These are not technology questions.

They’re business transformation questions.

That realisation became the inspiration behind the Tenon Growth Podcast.

Why We’re Launching the Podcast

There is no shortage of AI content.

Every day we’re promised another breakthrough, another revolutionary platform or another tool that claims to transform the way businesses operate.

But after speaking with organisations of all sizes, one thing has become increasingly clear.

The challenge isn’t access to AI.

The challenge is understanding how to redesign organisations so that AI creates meaningful commercial value.

Technology alone rarely transforms a business.

Real transformation happens when leadership, people, processes, data and technology work together towards a common goal.

That’s what this podcast is here to explore.

What the Podcast Is About

The Tenon Growth Podcast explores how organisations become better businesses through business transformation, commercial improvement and practical AI adoption.

Rather than focusing on product demonstrations or chasing the latest trends, we’ll examine the organisational decisions that separate successful transformation from expensive experimentation.

We’ll cover topics including:

  • Business transformation and organisational change

  • Practical AI adoption in SMEs and growing organisations

  • Commercial strategy and revenue growth

  • Revenue Operations (RevOps)

  • Workflow design and operational improvement

  • Leadership in the age of AI

  • Lessons learned from real transformation projects

  • Research from universities and industry

  • Honest conversations with founders, CEOs and business leaders

Our aim is simple:

To help organisations make better decisions about growth, transformation and AI.

What Makes It Different?

There are already plenty of podcasts discussing AI tools.

That’s not what we’re trying to create.

Instead of asking:

“What can AI do?”

We’ll be asking:

“What actually changed inside the organisation?”

Because that’s where the real story is.

We’ll explore what worked.

What didn’t.

What leaders wish they’d done differently.

What surprised them.

And what other organisations can learn from their experiences.

We’ll also be sharing our own observations from consulting projects, research and executive education, helping bridge the gap between academic thinking and practical business application.

The podcast is designed for people responsible for improving organisational performance, including:

  • Founders

  • CEOs
